In this workshop, you will learn the basics of how to forecast expenses and income. The presentation will discuss start up, fixed and variable expenses. Time will also be spent on how to do a cash flow statement and how important cash is to your business. You will also learn the differences between an income statement, a balance sheet and a cash flow statement. Sales/Expense forecasting and cash flow are both very critical to the management of your business. Credit/debit cards and website point of sale will also be discussed.
