A Cedarburg Stroll - Ladies Night Out 

The Cedarburg Chamber of Commerce will once again roll out the red carpet for hundreds of ladies who are expected to flock to downtown Cedarburg on Thursday, May 19, from 4pm to 8pm, during “a Cedarburg Stroll,” Cedarburg’s 7^th annual ladies night out event. Ladies should schedule plenty of time to visit dozens of local businesses offering unique bargains, samples and special discounts. Each registered attendee will receive a $5 gift certificate (Sassy Cash) that may be used at any participating retail business or restaurant listed on the official “a Cedarburg Stroll” map.  

Begin your night out on the town by checking in at the Cedarburg Cultural Center located at W62 N546 Washington Ave., between 4-6:30pm. The first 500 ladies to arrive at registration on May 19 will receive a charming Cedarburg shopping bag to help carry their purchases. 

To speed up check in, advance payments will be taken through midnight on May 9.  Go to www.cedarburg.org and click on the registration link on our homepage. Paying via PayPal offers a safe and convenient way to pay the $8 admission fee by credit card. Not only does it save you $2 (the entry fee goes up to $10 on the day of), but it also reduces your wait at check-in. Simply print your receipt e-ticket and get it checked off at registration. Then grab your event map, your $5 Sassy Cash, and you'll be good to stroll the streets of Cedarburg!    

If you prefer to pay $8 in advance by check or cash, send checks to the Cedarburg Chamber of Commerce at PO Box 104, Cedarburg WI 53012, by May 9. In between shopping and strolling, the 2016 event offers lots of fun activities. Beginning at 4pm stop in at the Cedarburg Cultural Center to play “dress-up” and strike a pose at the free photo booth sponsored by US Bank.  While there, visit lots of fun and friendly small businesses at “Vendor Village,” and don't forget to check out the exciting raffle baskets filled with goodies from local businesses. The raffle drawings will take place at approximately 7:30pm. No, winners do not have to be present at the drawing.

On your way through town, stop and sip at numerous spots throughout the Cedarburg business district. Wine tasting locations and other hot spots where attendees may enjoy a special ladies night out beverage will be listed on your event map. Visit the Cedar Creek Settlement for live music, in-store specials, samplings and free tote bags plus coupons.

As always, look for our handsome Cedarburg Studs sporting red bowties along Washington Ave. They will be eager to direct you to your destination while selling you raffle tickets for a chance to win one of our fabulous raffle baskets. And remember that our studs present a fabulous photo op, documenting your night of shopping and strolling with friends.

Columbia St Mary’s will greet visitors at the big pink Mobile Mammography Coach parked near check-in, and they look forward to giving tours that afternoon and showing off the latest in 3D technology. To schedule your May 19 mammogram in advance, call Jane Kelley CSM outreach coordinator at (262) 243-8267, and have your insurance information handy. Or you may register for your “coach” mammogram on the day of the event, starting at 4pm at the Columbia-St. Mary’s table inside the Cedarburg Cultural Center. All ladies who receive a mammogram on the day of the event will be given a fleece blanket to take home with them.
