Registration Now Open for the 2016 Spring Tax Credit Compliance and Fair Housing Workshop
June 2-3, 2016

The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency is pleased to present the 2016 Spring Compliance Monitoring and Fair Housing Workshop to be held June 2-3, 2016.

  • Course Dates: Compliance Monitoring - Thurs., June 2 and Fair Housing - Friday, June 3, 2016
  • Course Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day
  • Course Fee (Each Day is a Separate Course): $215.00 each
  • Location: Wyndham Garden Trenton (Formerly known as the Lafayette Yard Hotel and Conference Center) 1 W. Lafayette Street, Trenton, NJ 08608
  • Registration Deadline: Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. It is advised that you register as soon as possible in order to secure your seat. Sorry, NO WALK-INS will be accepted.
  • Payment Deadline: All payments MUST be received by 5/13/16. Please allow ample time for mailing your payments. Payments or registrations received after 5/13/16 will not be honored. No exceptions.

Do You Need Overnight Lodging?
We have secured a block of rooms at a special rate of $129 per night, which includes parking and late checkout. To book your room, contact the Wyndham Garden Trenton at 609-421-4000 and mention "New Jersey Housing."

Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing and postmarked no later than May 13, 2016. An administrative fee of $25 will apply per cancellation. No refunds will be given after this date. All cancellations should be sent to the attention of Johanna Peņa.
