Participants must complete an online Marketing Audit, and have a one-on-one marketing audit consultation with a marketing representative from XoomIM Inbound Marketing Agency. Must be a legal entity in the State of Florida. We will confirm via Sunbiz.org. This promotion ends on May 11, 2016. The winner will be selected at a live event sponsored by XoomIM, LLC on May 11, 2016. Must be present to win.
Individuals who demonstrate they have been in business in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach County for at least 5 years will be eligible to enter to win a $1,000.00 Gift Certificate from XoomIM Inbound Marketing Agency. Not valid with any other offer. All qualified company representatives who complete an entry form will be entered into a drawing. Participants affiliated with XoomIM, who are or have been clients of XoomIM Inbound Marketing Agency (XoomIM, LLC) or Evie Hernandez are not eligible for participation.
Taxes. Each winner must provide XoomIM, LLC with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Winner will receive an IRS form 1099-Misc. at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
