For Payments by Purchase Order:

All registrations made by a Purhcase Order will be held as tentative until receipt of a signed copy.  Please email (emeyers@oapcs.org), fax (614.744.2255) or mail a copy of the signed purchase order to OAPCS, ATTN: Business Center, 33 North Third Street, Suite 600, Columbus, OH 43215 within two (2) business days of submission of your registration.  All Purchase Orders must be received prior to the event date.  In order to receive published early bird rates and avoid any fee increases, a signed purchase order must be received by OAPCS on or before these cutoff dates.

A Purchase Order does not pay registration fee.  It is your responsibility to deliver a printed confirmation/invoice to your treasurer or fiscal department to ensure that your registration payment is made.

All returned checks ar subject to a $35.00 NSF fee.

Cancellation Policy:
   -- No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
   -- If you register and are unable to atend, you are still responsible for payment.
   -- If you are unable to attend, substitutions are permitted.  Substitutions must be submitted by email to emeyers@oapcs.org prior to the event.  In the event of an emergency, the substitute attendee may bring a copy of your email registration confirmation to event registration.

Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of a Level 2 or Level 3 Snow Emergency in central Ohio, the workshop will be rescheduled.  If central Ohio is not at a Level 2 or Level 3 but weather conditions are bad across the state, the OAPCS staff will evaluate the situation to make a determination about the workshop status.  Any cancellation will be communicated via email atleast three (3) hours before the start of the workshop.  Please visit: http://www.weathersafety.ohio.gov/SnowEmergencyClassifications.aspx for detailed information about snow emergency classifications.

Photography:
The event is hosted by the Ohio Alliance for Public Charter Schools (OAPCS).  As such, OAPCS may photograph speakers and attendees.  By registering to attend this event, registrant therefore grants OAPCS permission to use registrant's image in connection with any still photograph, live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the event.

Badge Sharing:
A registration is intended for one individual attendee.  Attendees may not share a registration with other attendees.  Attendees who violate this rule will forfeit their registration privileges and will not receive a refund.
