Once you click the "REGISTER NOW" link below you will have the opportunity to reserve a lunch and request childcare. The cost for morning refreshments and lunch will be $10 and the cost for a child lunch will be $5, both payable at the meeting. Childcare will be available by advanced registration only!
Those who would like to enjoy a night at Bluestone the night before have the option of doing so. Dinner and lodging is available for $30. Dinner only is $10; lodging only is $20. PRE-PRESBYTERY LODGING AND DINNER FEES MUST BE PRE-PAID! MAIL PAYMENT TO THE PRESBYTERY OFFICE AT 520 SECOND AVE, SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV 25303.
A packet will be available for download and print on the Presbytery website on May 9, 2016. The packet and worship bulletins will be provided at the meeting.
There will be an orientation for those new ruling elders who are attending a Presbytery meeting for the first time or anyone else interested. This will begin at 9:10 AM. Susan Sharp Campbell will be leading the orientation which will cover the committee structure as well as what to expect in a Presbytery meeting.
