Intro to Setting (Beginner):
This clinic will be an introduction to setting. The focus will be on correct hand position, body position and foot work. Our goal will be to create a consistent set while being in-system for the basic plays within volleyball.
Advanced Setting:
This clinic will be for the more advanced setter looking to bring their game to the next level. The focus will be learning how to use more advanced foot work (including jump setting); along with running more complex plays out of system. There will include instruction on how to effectively run an offense.
