Managing Your Business in the 2016 Economy

Causeway Chamber of Commerce, Chartered Management Institute and Ulster University Ulster Business School, supported by Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council, Causeway Enterprise Agency and Invest Northern Ireland invite you to join them at their forthcoming event ‘Managing Your Business in the 2016 Economy’.

While managing in the 2016 economy brings new and unique challenges for businesses of all sizes, this event is your opportunity to hear from the Associate Director of the Ulster University Economic Policy Centre, Gareth Hetherington and engage with our local government, education and business support organisations on the future economic strategy for business in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough.

In order to improve the productivity and performance of your business, our host for the event David Meade will also deliver a practical workshop ‘Developing a Growth Mindset’, which will provide delegates with the tools and techniques to get the right mindset for dealing with an economy in recovery.
