TAM 2016 Conference & Expo - Attendee Registration

Join TAM in beautiful Ocean City, Maryland for our second annual Conference and Expo! This event, held at the spacious Roland E. Powell convention center, will feature a vendor showcase, RTAP training, hands-on technical demonstrations, informative general and breakout sessions, and great opportunities to network and exchange ideas. Register before August 15 to avoid a late registration fee! 

Conference & Expo at-a-glance

The Conference and Expo will run from Monday, September 26 through Thursday, September 29. 

• Monday, September 26: RTAP training for Human Service Organizations. Welcome reception in the evening
• Tuesday, September 27: Continued RTAP training in the morning. New this year - Vendor-Run Sessions Tueday Morning. Vendor Showcase in the afternnon. Partnership Dinner in the evening.
• Wednesday, September 28: TAM General Meeting,awards presentation, and general session in the morning, Breakout Sessions in the afternoon.
• Thursday, September 29: RTAP training for LOTS programs

Registration Information

There are several registration options:

• Full Conference & Expo Registration: Entitles registrant to attend all Conference & Expo functions.   
• One-Day Conference Registration: Allows attendance at conference meals, general meeting, and sessions on Wednesday, September 28.
• Vendor Showcase Ticket: Allows attendance at the vendor showcase in the convention center exhibit hall on Tuesday, September 27. Includes breakfast and lunch.

Those registrants who are planning to attend RTAP Training (Human Service organizations on September 26-27 and LOTS programs on September 29) should indicate this on the registration form. If you desire to purchase an advertisement in the Conference & Expo program, you can do this during the registration process. 

Payment can be done via PayPal or by check. If payment via PayPal is selected, payment must be completed at registration. If pay by check is selected, payment is due to TAM by September 1, 2016.

Sponsorship Information

Numerous opportunities for sponsorship of Expo events are available to increase organizational exposure. Exhibitors sponsoring at the Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels will also receive a FY 17 TAM membership, exhibit booth, full conference registration, and more!. Conference Hotel Information

The Conference and Expo hotel will be the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, located at 1701 Atlantic Avenue, Ocean City, MD, 21842. This oceanfront hotel’s all-suite property is conveniently situated on the Boardwalk, bringing guests directly to the beach while still near local businesses. TAM has secured a special group discout rate for the conference & expo of $104 per night from Sunday night, September 25 through Friday morning, September 30.

Secondary Hotel Information

Due to heavy demand, rooms may no longer be available for certain nights at the main Conference & Expo hotel. TAM has secured additional hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront, located at: 6600 Coastal Highway Ocean City, MD  21842 at the discounted rate of $84 per night.
