The Artfully Designed Container Garden 

You know a beautiful container when you see it – a miracle of color and texture that in a small space manages to create a show-stopping focus to your deck, porch or garden.  Whether bright and bold in color or a mellow mixture of greens, designing containers can be a daunting task. 

This class will demonstrate what is possible with the collective creative power of our three instructors.  Michelle Wyles, of Garden Dance fame, will use her creative flair in fashion to show how to create a beautiful container by putting the unexpected together.  Mitch Evans, former Seattle nurseryman, who will use his extensive knowledge of plants to show you how to  select the right combinations and Stephanie Clevenger, whose beautiful garden wooed visitors on the 2012 Garden Tour, will demonstrate the art of structure and simple formality in a container.
