Rising Star Yoga Brunch - Early Class 

Rising Star Coffee Roasters, Catering by Fire, and registered yoga instructor Alicia Hansen have all teamed up to throw our first ever yoga brunch at The Roastery! So grab your mat and get ready for a relaxing morning of yoga for all levels, with brunch and freshly brewed coffee to follow. Bring your friends and your hangover - we've got the cure for it!

Start out in Shavasana, and slowly work your way toward Adho Mukha Svanasana. Or just sit in child's pose until brunch is served after class! Alicia will guide us all to peace, so you can relax, rejuvenate, and refuel with brunch and Rising Star Coffee.
