You are invited to enjoy a culinary experience presented and prepared by the award winning Chefs of Second Harvest. The Chefs have over 90 years of combined experience in perfecting the art of teaching and cooking American and International Cuisine. Join us for a 5-course dinner and wine pairing created by Chef Israel Santiago, Terah Barrios, John Dizon, Jill Holland, and Robert Pagen. You will not want to miss this special night benefiting our Darden Foundation Community Kitchen and Culinary Training Program.

 Tickets are $100 and seating is limited.

Amuse Bouche:  Smoked Port and Mustard Veal Sausage with Port / Lemon Steak Tartare/Roasted Bone Marrow

Appetizer: Prawn Bisque shooter topped with a puff pastry stick / Prawn and grits with a crisp pancetta / Tabasco onion tangles / microgreens

Salad: Verjuice Spring Salad / ribbon vegetables / almond brittle  fried camembert / verjuice alfalfa honey vinaigrette

Entrée: Beef Tenderloin/ Bordeaux Wine Sauce / Plantain Flan / Cilantro Lemon Jasmine Rice
