Walk-On Registration

JOIN US FOR OUR 11TH ANNUAL 

TRUNK OR TREAT FUNDRAISER 

Come dressed in your costume, bring some treats,

 and trick or treat from trunk to trunk!

 

"WALK-ON" INSTRUCTIONS

Because all parking spots are full, we have opened up the event to you with the option of being a "walk-on."   You will still be able to fully enjoy the event but will not have a parking spot.  The cost is $25 per family registration.   

You MUST ARRIVE AFTER 5:45 p.m.   The trick or treating will not begin until 6 p.m. so we recommend that you arrive closer to 6:00 p.m. to avoid standing and waiting too long.  

Park in the Church parking lot only. Please use the outer sidewalk on Motherhead Rd. to walk over to the school. 

"Walk-on" registration is limited.   Register early!

 

WRISTBANDS REQUIRED

In order to prevent strangers from entering this private event, all guests are required to have wristbands visible at all times.  You will receive your wristbands in the mail.  Wristbands will not be available for sale at the event.

WHAT TO BRING

Come dressed in costume.  Parents are welcome to dress up too!  Please dress appropriately and in kid friendly costumes.  

Bring candy to share with all kids.  Since you won't have a car trunk, we will provide one for you.  All candy/treats will be placed in large bins so that all kids can come up to the tent to get candy.  Expect between 600-800 kids.

Please do not bring chairs.  There is not a designated space for you to put any chairs.  You are more than welcome to join up with some friends that have a spot.

Bring water bottles.  We will not have any drinks for sale at the event. 

Bring an umbrella or raincoat in case of bad weather.

 

PIZZA ORDERS

Unfortunately, you will not be able to order pizza.  For safety reasons, we cannot have the pizza deliveries arrive while you are walking onto the event.

You can only register 1 family per e-mail account.

There are no refunds! The event takes place rain or shine!

This event is for St. Joseph Parishioners Only!

Several days before the event, we will mail you your wristbands & event information sheet.

 

ARCHDIOCESE POLICY:  NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS PERMITTED AT ANY EVENT THAT'S PRIMARILY FOR MINORS.
