Registration
How much is registration?
$30/person, or $75 for a networking table and admission for two. (See below for more information on networking tables.)

Who should I make checks out to?
Make checks out to the Louisiana Trust for Historic Preservation and deliver checks to the Louisiana Office of Cultural Development. 

Can I register the day of the event?
If space is available, you may register at the door on the day of Culture Connection.

Do I have to bring my printed registration to the event?
You are not required to bring your printed registration to the event. The Office of Cultural Development staff will have a list of registered attendees at the sign-in tables.

I registered but now I can’t go?  Can I get a refund or can someone else go in my place?
Refunds will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure. Registrations are transferable. In the event of a transfer, please contact Caroline Downer at cdowner@crt.la.gov as soon as possible.

What is the schedule for the small group discussions and organization presentations?
The schedule for the small group discussions and concurrent organization presentations will be posted soon. Check back for details!

Parking
What are my parking options?
Parking garages are located within close proximity to the Capitol Park Museum. This link contains parking garage locations, hours, and rates. https://goo.gl/eWjCOM

Surface parking lots are also available throughout the downtown area. Rates will range in price. On-street meter parking is always available, and the metered parking spaces are free after 5 p.m. Please be aware of specially designated parking zones (Marked by blue, red or yellow painted curbs). Parking in handicap spaces, fire lanes or loading zones without proper documentation will result in a fine.

Networking tables
What is networking table? How much does it cost?
Networking tables will be set up in the Capitol Park Museum on May 24 to allow individuals, companies, organizations and agencies with products and services relevant to cultural development to display and disseminate information to other attendees.

Networking tables are $75 and include admission for two people. 

Attendees purchasing a networking table will receive a 6' x 18" table in the Capitol Park Museum. Assignments of space will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

There will be no access to electrical outlets. 

Are there any restrictions for networking tables?
Potted plants are not allowed in the Capitol Park Museum.

What are the networking table hours?
Tables may be set up prior to the opening presentation at 10 a.m. and will remain on display throughout the entirety of Culture Connection. Displays will be taken down following the awards ceremony.

If I purchase a networking table, do I still have to register for Culture Connection?
No. The networking table fee includes admission for two people. Email cdowner@crt.la.gov with the name of your guest.

Dress code
What is the dress code for Culture Connection?
Events during the day are business casual. The evening events are cocktail attire.
