AVLF Guardian ad Litem Training 

Join AVLF for this very popular training on how to represent the best interests of children in custody disputes - topics will include the fundamentals of family law, the role of the GAL, the impact of drugs and alcohol on custody decisions, working with experts, and how to handle mental health issues.  Presenters will include some of the best GALs in Atlanta!  You will receive 6 general CLE credits, and 1 Ethics credit.

To pay in advance, please pay through the paypal option or mail checks to the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation at 235 Peachtree St NE, Suite 1750, North Tower, Atlanta, GA 30303.  Checks should be made payable to AVLF and include GAL Training in the memo line.

Due to the high volume of interest in this training, payment in advance of the event is encouraged.  Attendees will not be admitted to the training without prior payment.  Attendance at this training is limited. There are only 60 spots available.

By paying in advance, you secure your seat at the training.  Because seating is limited, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the training in order to receive a refund.  Refunds will not be granted for concellations made within 24 hours of the event.

Registration for this event costs $195.00 and will cover the cost of CLE and Ethics credits.  You must register through this link in order to attend the training. Registration will close on Wednesday, June 8th.
