Universal Design Conference NYC 2017 

It is our great pleasure to welcome you on behalf of Universal Design Management & AEC Professionals Circle to Universal Design Conference NYC, a multi disciplined gathering of educators, product and service innovators, built environment experts, decision makers and procurement officials interested in sharing knowledge and exploring innovative applications of Universal Design.

During this very special one-day event held at AIA NYC, we will convene and explore leading-edge Universal Design trends such as community resiliency, aging in place and livable communities through short 20 minute UDx Talk presentations. We will hear from leading industry experts, and learn about examples of excellence from companies and communities showcasing the principles of Universal Design.

We have partnered with AIA: Design for Aging. A forum dedicated to the needs of the aging population in an urban environment, by exploring design issues, developing universal design recommendations, increasing public awareness, and educating professionals in various fields of those needs, to create a more age-friendly City.
