Fremont Youth Rodeo

Saturday, May 14, 2016 check-in will include a new 2016 signed competition waiver and W-9 IRS tax form before you can compete.  You will need to  get a new back number before entering arena, unless, you are in the same age division as 2015, you will keep the same back number for 2016.  Grand Entry is at 10 am required for everyone, mounted, in the arena, full western dress with boots and hat or helmet on.  NO REFUNDS unless event is cancelled and not rescheduled.  $10 late entry fee if not entered by midnight May 11 on line.

*******NEW EVENTS & RULES*******

  •  Rules for 2016 have been revised.  Please read them before entering and if you have questions, please call 402-419-0191.
  • Dummy Roping classes will rope a bale of hay with calf head at this rodeo May 14.
  • The contestant has to decide per rodeo, which goat class they want to earn points in, towards 2016 standings.  They can earn money in both classes but only one class for points earned per rodeo.  It can be changed throughout the year which class they decide to take points from. ****** Parents must put on entry form or sign a form at the rodeo office each day before Goat Events start to declare which goat event will accumulate points for each contestant, that day only.*******If this is not done, then goat tying event will take precedence over goat tail untying event for that day.  These point accumulating events can be changed throughout the year by the parent per rodeo each day.
  • NEW!!!!! Clarification of the Catalog Race, when you cross the finish line, 70% of the page from catalog has to be in your hand with the page number on it and readable for the judge to see.  Tearing out just a small corner of page is not acceptable and will result in disqualification of contestant.
