2016 VMH Transplant Support Walk

Gather your friends, family, and coworkers to form a team!  A pizza party provided by Dave's Pizza and Sweet Shop will be awarded to the largest team!

Raffle tickets will be available at the event for a wide variety of  baskets and gift certificates donated by local businesses.

Please request a pledge form if you would like to get friends and family to pledge for your efforts.

VMH Transplant Support Group
The Transplant Support Group is a non-profit organization that provides emotional and financial support to individuals and families undergoing an organ donation or transplantation.  Donated funds are distributed locally to individuals in need of a transplant who cannot afford the associated costs.  The funds also assist families having financial difficulties related to a transplant.  We are proud to say that our Transplant Support Group is one of the best in the state.
