Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available until September 26, 2016, less a $10 processing fee. Since food counts need to be confirmed and materials purchased, refunds are not available after this date. To avoid a cancellation, you may send an alternate with no additional charge. Online Registration is now closed, but Walk-In Registration is welcome! Lunch and materials are not guaranteed, but we do have extra lunches and materials for about the first 40 walk-in registrants. Registration begins at 8:30am. The Assembly begins at 9:30am.
