Preparing Learners for the Future 

The Institute's annual convening is an opportunity for educators to come together to discuss emerging best practices, lessons learned, and introduce new topics or aspects of personalized learning. Participants will hear from leading national speakers as well as break-out presenters featuring expert educator practitioners from the largest, most concentrated area in the country with the most robust and developed examples of personalized learning. Don't miss this premier event on personalized learning!

This year’s theme, Preparing Learners for the Future, focuses on the ultimate goal of a personalized learning system: to produce learners that work independently, are able to drive their own learning, and want to learn out of curiosity.

New this year we will have Expert Office Hours--a chance for smaller groups of attendees to ask questions and interact with some of the leading experts in the area. More information to follow!

A note about the venues:
The Convening will be held at both the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee (general sessions) and the Wisconsin Center (breakout sessions). The Hyatt Regency and the Wisconsin Center are connected via an enclosed skywalk and it is approximately a 10 minute walk between the two.
