ACUDETOX SPECIALIST TRAINING with Judy Gibson, LAc, NADA Registered Trainer

AcuDetox is an effective, safe, low-cost, drug-free therapy to treat addictions, anxiety, depression, PTSD and psychological and emotional trauma.  In this 70 hour certification training, you will learn how to apply the NADA standardized ear acupuncture protocol.  The cost is $595 which includes all materials and a one year membership to NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association). Registration is complete when payment is made.  Registration fee is refundable up to 30 days prior to training date.

This 4-day comprehensive course includes didactic training, in-class practicum and clinical training.  Trainees are required to perform additional supervised Acudetox treatments outside of class.  Trainees must be prepared to receive and administer Acudetox treatments.  The cost includes all materials, NADA certification and membership for one year.  Upon successful completion of this course students will receive an educational certificate from the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) which fulfills the educational requirements for application as a Certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS) in Tennessee.

This training is open to those working in the addiction and trauma recovery fields and behavioral health professions.  Tennessee state licensure as a ADS requires that the applicant plans to practice Acudetox treatments in a hospital, clinic or treatment facility that provides comprehensive alcohol and substance abuse or chemical dependency services, including counseling.  This training is also open to Registered Nurses, Physicians and Licensed Acupuncturists.
