Program Description:
Market cycles present challenges to both clients and advisers. When performance is good, clients want to hire advisers, add more funds and increase their risk. Conversely, when performance is bad, clients want to fire advisers, take out funds and reduce risk. As advisers, we know that making investment decisions based on emotion can be hazardous to one’s wealth. How do we “manage the client relationship” to ensure clients stay on the path to growing their wealth?
