Join coaches from LifeSport Coaching and MultiSport Athletics for a training camp to prepare athletes for the Ironman Chattanooga. The training camp will consist of an open water swim, riding the bike course, running the run course, tips/tricks from coaches, and a Q&A session. We will have SAG support and aid station support for the bike and run. It is also a phenomenal opportunity to socialize with others who will be competing in the Ironman Chattanooga. This camp is ideal for those training for half Ironman (70.3) distance races.
The camp will be led by LifeSport Coach Marci Gray, and MultiSport Athletics Coach Lori Abbey. Marci Gray is a USAT Certified Coach who holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, and is a certified MDT level Clinician. Trained by the McKenzie Institute, Marci specializes in orthopedic injuries and preventative medicine. As a mother of 4, Marci understands time management and making the most of every minute of a training session in order to balance your life needs, without losing sight of your achieving your athletic goals.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Athlete Check-In/Meet & Greet (Springhill Suites by Marriot)
7:00 PM - 7:30 PM - Brief overview of weekend, bike course, swim & run course, Q&A
Saturday, July 23th, 2016:
6:30 AM – Gather in the Springhill Suites parking lot for ride instructions and to organize into pace groups
6:45 AM – Start of the ride
3:00 PM – Group Swim – Meet in the parking lot of Springhill Suites - We will drive to the swimming area together
6:00 PM – Coaches Presentation and Q & A Session - (Springhill Suites Conference Room)
Sunday, July 24th, 2016:
6:30 AM – Gather in the Springhill Suites parking lot for run instructions and to organize into pace groups
6:45 AM – Start of the run
Athletes are responsible for their own accommodations. We have a group discount with Springhill Suites by Marriot, Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor.
