We are BACK at theDoubleTree Hotel in Somerset.....covered walkway directly into the Scrapbook Expo at the Garden State Expo Center for shopping on Friday and Saturday & then back to crop til ya' drop.

Crop is filled but we do have a waiting list. If 10 people are added to the waiting list I will be able to open another room! Please register for the waiting list - you won't need to send a deposit until you have a confirmed space.

Hotel
Our room block is available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night rooms. The rate is fantastic but you must register in our room block:
$99 per night (single or double occupancy)
$109 per night (triple occupancy)
$119 per night (quad occupancy
After you register the room block code will be emailed to you so you can make your reservation. I do have the rooms on hold for you at this great rate in a beautiful hotel.
*Bonus tickets for our Super Grand Prize for everyone who reserves a room in the Scrappetizer block. Get a bonus ticket for every night you stay...

Frequently Asked Questions
What meals are included with my package? The Expo Crop 2016 only includes a fantastic Sunday lunch buffet and evening coffee snack breaks on Fri and Sat nights.
Will I be seated with my crop buddies? YES, please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration or a group name.
Does this include admission to the Scrapbook Expo? No, you will purchase that separately at www.scrapbookexpo.com
When is the balance due? The final balance is due on July 31, 2016. You will get a reminder email with the total you owe and can pay by check or credit card.
Table space? Everyone will have a 6 foot table space --
Any suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring any scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects you want to work with
- pictures, camara, memorabilia
- a lamp is always a good idea. the lighting is good but usually you want a lamp too.
- a covered coffee or drink mug, your favorite keurig cups
- overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers
- we suggest you wear layers of clothing as we keep the room at an average temperature...
- shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, massages and reflexology
- earphones if you bring your own IPOD or MP3 player
What hours will the cropping room be open?
The crop begins at 10:00 am on Friday and ends at 4:00 pm on Sunday!
