A proven industry leader with demonstrated project management skills, Rob has over 20 years' experience building large-scale web properties. He specializes in User Experience (UX) and Information Architecture (IA) definition. Rob is known for his ability to increase customer acquisition, maximize loyalty and retention and deliver positive bottom-line results. Prior to entering the legal industry, he spent fifteen years with JPMorgan Chase, working on numerous initiatives across the bank's public and secure websites. Since relocating from New York to Vancouver in 2010, Rob has applied these skills to the legal industry, successfully leading the design, development and launch of numerous websites with fSquared Marketing.
Heather Ritzer, Communications Manager, Lawson Lundell LLP
Heather brings over 8 years of strategic communications experience across a variety of industries to her role as Communications Manager at Lawson Lundell LLP. Her experience has largely been focused on external communications, including media relations, digital media, and writing articles, proposals, ranking and award submissions. Prior to joining Lawson Lundell, Heather worked for Peak Communicators, Western Canada's largest PR firm, where her clients included law firms, financial institutions, mining and oil and gas companies, telecommunications and technology companies, charitable foundations and real estate developers. She holds a master's degree in English literature and a certificate in public relations from Simon Fraser University.
