Sixel conferences provide unique opportunities for you to meet and network with top airline planners in an environment in which small-to mid-sized airports are not only welcomed but valued.

The opening presentations on Monday, October 17th, will offer air service information directly relevant to the airports in attendance, with a focus on airline updates by industry planners.   Additionally, the primary purpose of our conference is to provide scheduled time for one-on-one meetings on Monday afternoon and all-day Tuesday, October 18th, between airport representatives and the airline planners who make decisions every day regarding air service levels in your community.

Networking opportunities include several entertaining events; occasions where you will be able to interact with airline planners, colleagues within the airport industry, Sixel Consulting staff, and management from the Blue Grass Airport.

The first event begins Sunday, October 16th, at 1:00pm, for an afternoon of thoroughbred racing at Keeneland Racecourse.   The opening evening reception at Sabio will kickoff Sixel's 20th Anniversary events, with dinner to follow.

For Monday's dinner event the Blue Grass Airport will host an educational evening about Blue Grass and Bourbon at a local distillery.  For those staying over Tuesday evening, we will stroll through Haunted Historic Lexington before dining at HopCat for dinner. 

We continually strive to keep our conference costs contained while providing a comprehensive 3-day experience.  Your registration fee  encompasses all meeting room rentals, seven meals, and off-site transportation to events.  

We also encourage spouses/partners/children to attend our social events, receptions and dinners, under our all-events rate package of $150 per person.  If you plan to include spouses/partners and/or your children, please register them under the guest category and indicate which events they will attend.
