Matthew Montoya, National Product Trainer, has been with Constant Contact for almost 5 years. In that time, he’s traveled to 46 states to teach over 8000 Constant Contact customers and partners how to better use the product. Previous to his time with Constant Contact, Matthew used Constant Contact as a customer for over 3 years at a non-profit. He brings his real world experience with the product as a customer to every presentation he gives. Matthew has over 15 years’ experience in marketing, having worked for the Village Voice as Marketing Director, not only working with all aspects of marketing but also selling advertising and sponsorships. He has deep experience in email, print, radio, tv and web marketing, along with vast experience producing, marketing and running events.

This fundamental session provides you with the step by step design process in creating and branding an email that gets results and saves you creation time. Learn how to confidently set email marketing goals, brand your email, and increase engagement by using simple yet powerful best practices. This session is taught by Jenna Shaffer, Constant Contact Product Trainer and true expert on our tool!

  • How to read your email reporting data and what to do with it
Who Should Attend?

This session is geared for users who have little to no experience using Constant Contact’s Email Marketing tool or those who may have some experience but want to improve results. It is also targeted towards users with some experience, but want a more efficient way of creating an effective email.
