Waterfront Wellness Classroom Series - Pre/Post Workout Eats
To compliment our free fitness classes, Medifast is offering a series of classroom style programs geared to support a healthy lifestyle.
The third class in the series will be highlighting Pre/Post Workout Eats:
Do you struggle with figuring out what to eat/drink before and after a workout? Sometimes the answer depends more on the person and their specific activity, but there are some common truths that apply for pre- and post-workout nutrition in general, whether you're a weekend warrior or a seasoned veteran. Join Charlotte Martin, RDN, LDN, CPT as she shares the basics of healthy pre- and post-workout snacks to help you fuel for and recover from anything from yoga to boot camp.
These classes are free to attend, but registration is required. Space is limited to 25.
