Baldrige Goes to School

Is your school system doing really good work -- yet it doesn't seem like you are maximizing your potential?  Do you struggle with process?  Does your current measurement system give you the information you and your staff need to elevate student achievement? Are you curious about Baldrige and wondering how it might work in your school or district?

Join us on July 19th at Pewaukee High School for a day-long exploration of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Framework.  Plenary sessions will feature lots of interaction with Baldrige and Wisconsin Forward Award education recipients. In addition, we're featuring two concurrent workshops to help you take the next steps:

Concurrent Workshop 1
Getting Acquainted with Baldrige is designed for those who have had little or no exposure to the Baldrige Framework and Criteria.  Participants will learn the benefits of self-assessment and feedback, the structure of the Criteria, and how to focus improvement and communication efforts.

Concurrent Workshop 2
Intermediate Baldrige: Taking the Next Step is designed for those who have begun to use the Criteria or self-assessment tools and are ready to learn more -- yet are not experienced Criteria users. Participants will learn the benefits of conducting a self-assessment using the Organizational Profile, an approach for managing an initial organizational self-assessment, and the value of using the Criteria to more fully articulate an organization's attributes, challenges and needs.

All attendees will receive a copy of the education Baldrige Excellence Framework (includes the Criteria for Performance Excellence) and the Baldrige Excellence Builder.  Lunch is included.

Cancellation Policy:  To receive a refund, registrants must cancel three business days prior to the workshop.  Substitutions are welcome.
