- Drawing: 7:00 pm Tuesday July 26th at the Evan's Team Golf, Tennis & Dodgeball event (Rain Date: August 2nd).
- Tickets will be sold up to the time of raffle, but no more than 1,000 tickets will be sold.
- Tickets will be fully refunded and raffle canceled if under 350 tickets are sold.
- Must be 18 years or older to participate.
- Winners DO NOT need to be present to win.
- Winners who are not present will be contacted by phone or email.
- Successive alternate backup winners will be drawn and held by Evan's Team, but not announced in case the first winner does not claim the BMW in 30 days, is deceased, or is otherwise ineligible.
- Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, registration, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses in claiming, registering and using the BMW. This may include sales taxes and property taxes. Evan's Team has no liability with regard to taxes and fees for the vehicle.
- By purchasing, buyers are accepting these terms and rules.
