Driving Directions 

Since February 2016, we have had the opportunity to participate in Siddha Yoga Meditation Sessions via Live Audio Stream. This series of meditation sessions is designed to support us in our study and practice of Gurumayi’s Message for 2016. 

In Meditation Session V, The Guru’s Words Lead to the Madhya,” participants will practice entering meditation by focusing on the words of Gurumayi’s Message for 2016.

We will participate in this event from the at the Siddha Yoga Meditation Center in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 11 at 7:00 AM. 

Bring any materials that will support you in establishing a comfortable meditation posture, including your asana, a folded blanket and/or a couple of small flat cushions. Please, remember to bring your journal and a pen.
