Learn to knit! Summer may be in full swing but you'll be prepared for the long fall and winter ahead. Cowgirl Yarn is offering a wonderful beginner's class starting on June 21, 2016 and continuing for a total of 4 sessions (all starting at 5:30 pm and ending at 7:00 pm) that will teach you how to knit, purl, cast-on, bind-off, make a dishcloth, and make a hat. This is a true beginner's class for those that have never touched needles in their lives.
As with previous Begin To Knit Classes, you'll learn how to make a dishcloth and a basic beanie hat. These two projects, although they seem daunting, are the perfect introduction projects to start your knitting career. The dishcloth allows you a chance to perfect your knitting before moving onto the hat, while the hat teaches you how to knit in the round, decrease stitches, and purl.
