Writing an Effective Business Plan

A step-by-step workshop that arms participants with the fundamentals on writing an effective and winning business plan, perhaps the most important thing you can do to help understand your business.

The workshop is interactive, and each participant will perform a number of exercises that will assist in developing their own winning business plan.

Instructors: Bob Bloom & Adrian Salee, Certified SCORE Mentors

Bob is co-founder, vice president and chief operating officer of INK & TONER USA, LLC, a highly successful retail store previously headquartered in West Palm Beach. Bob has degrees in environmental engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, secondary education from Hofstra University, and computer systems from Florida Atlantic University, and has an extensive background in education, product marketing, business plan training, and sales training. He proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the International Imaging Technology Council and the Advisory Board of Keiser University’s Business Department. Bob has previously served on the Advisory Board of the IT Academy at Palm Beach Central High School and on the Board of Directors of the Palms West Chamber of Commerce.

Adrian is an experienced general management consultant serving companies in a wide range of industries & organizational types over a more than 40 year business career. He also plans, writes, and implements needed computer software to formalize his consulting recommendations into working management operational tools. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with an BME, and has an MBA from NYU in Management & Accounting. Mr. Salee was Chapter Chair of SCORE West Palm Beach from 2009 through 2011, and is the author of several books and white papers on various management topics.
