Raquel A. Regalado
Raquel A. Regalado currently represents District 6 seat on the Miami-Dade County School Board in Florida. She was first elected to the board in 2010.
Regalado earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Florida International University. She later received a J.D. from St. Thomas University. Regalado worked as an attorney at various practices from 2001 to 2012.
She currently hosts a radio show covering local politics on Spanish-language 670 AM WFFE in Miami. Regalado also hosts "Esta Semana con Raquel," a weekly show reviewing political developments shown on Telemiami and CNN Latino. She is the daughter of Miami Mayor Tomás Regalado.
