Please join us for the MIIGWEWIN Conference Fall 2016
(formally KTEI Educators Conference)
on Thursday September 29 (1/2 day) & Friday September 30, 2016 (full Day) at the Aundek Omni Kaning First Nation Pow Wow Grounds, Manitoulin Island.
The theme chosen for this year’s MIIGWEWIN Conference is “The Voice of Our Land...Connecting Traditional Knowledge to the Place of Learning" - The workshop streams will be divided into the four quadrants of our being: Spiritual, Emotional, Physical and Mental.
The MIIGWEWIN Conference will be held outdoors this year rain or shine. Participants are encouraged to bring their feast bags, water bottles, blankets, lawn chair, etc. of anything else you may need to make yourself comfortable during the event.
