Emily Bennington is a mindful leadership coach and the founder of Awake Exec: Mindful Wisdom at Work. Her work deep dives into "the space" between stimulus and response where she challenges leaders to choose intentional, values-centers action. Emily has led training programs on secular mindfulness and composure for numerous Fortune 500 companies and has been featured in press ranging from CNN, ABC, and Fox, to the Wall Street Journal, Glamour, Marie Claire, and Cosmopolitan. Her blog is read by thousands of professionals seeking a holistic, yet practical approach to leadership in the world and in 2013 Forbes listed it as one of the "100 Best Websites for Women." Also named one of Monster.com's "11 Career Experts to Follow", Emily is the author of two books-Effective Immediately: How to Fit In, Stand Out, and Move Up at Your First Real Job and Who Says It's a Man's World: The Girls' Guide to Corporate Domination, that was featured as a "Book of the Month" by the Washington Post. Her third book, Miracles at Work: Turning Inner Guidance into Outer Influence, will be published in February of 2017.
