The Berkshire Business Accelerator is based on the core elements of the long running Henley Accelerator to develop and hone the skills of leaders and managers to quickly grow their businesses. The programme includes business strategy, marketing & accelerated sales, scale & complexity, people & leadership and finance & governance.
The programme runs over three days: 4 & 5 October and 1 November 2016. Meals, refreshments and one night's accommodation on 4 October are included in the programme.
Who is the programme for?
The Berkshire Business Accelerator is for the leaders and managers of small, start-up or early stage businesses. To qualify for a place you need to be:
- Berkshire based
- A small or medium sized business (SME)
- Signed up with the Growth Hub
- A high growth business with the potential to grow significantly over the next two to three years
- Have ambitious plans to address an identified market need
- Have the potential to scale-up
- Have the potential to create new jobs
You can be at any stage of your business life cycle including pre-revenue. Support is not industry specific.
