Sewing Revolution 2016 

 

 

Join Kym Goldup-Graham as she teaches you how to improve and simplify quilting, embroidery and applique with her time-saving rulers.  The Sewing Revolution has created a unique ruler/template system for embroidery and quilting. It is a world where arcs and circle centers magically appear, where shapes almost draw themselves and where embroidery design placement is perfect every time.  

One of the best seasons in New Mexico is autumn and there is nothing better than sitting in the patio with friends enjoying the sunset after a dinner of enchiladas from autumn roasted green chiles.  Impress your friends with one-of a kind table decorations that you made during the Sewing Revolution Party.  

During this two-day event at the beautiful Albuquerque Garden Center, you will make a fabric placemat frame with perfectly mitered borders, interchangeable placemat inserts, coasters and the patterns and knowledge to make a wine bag and a cute little pillow.  Kym will host a fabulous and inspiring trunk show.

The event runs from 9am to 5pm each day.  Sewing machines, breakfast snacks, lunches, and all notions and supplies are provided.  There will be a pop-up shop of Kym's wonderful rulers.
