Target Audience
The target audience for the Train the Trainer for TB Programs course are health care professionals working in TB who are responsible for giving presentations to a variety of audiences.

Conference Goal
The goal of this course is to enable participants to prepare and deliver more effective presentations.

Conference Objectives
Using highly interactive lectures and interactive skill building exercises, participants will be able to: discuss basic adult learning principles and techniques, discuss the basics of health literacy, discuss the purpose of a community health presentation, identify elements of a community health presentation, discuss techniques and methods used to prepare and deliver a presentation, identify the steps to create a presentation from start to finish using PowerPoint, prepare a basic PowerPoint presentation on a TB topic, apply techniques and methods to deliver a presentation, and deliver a basic PowerPoint presentation on a TB topic.

Format
The format for this conference will include lecture presentation, audience discussion, and participation in developing and delivering presentation exercises. There will be ample time for questions and answers.
