Yoga In The Vineyard

We are very excited to announce our first "Yoga In the Vineyard" on July 31st, up on our outdoor patio with veteran yoga instructors, Jimmy and Jessica Serra who co-own PrimaWellness, a holistic private practice in Watertown, CT. After yoga we will serve complementary iced tea, scones, sliced fruit and a wine tasting. 100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to a local charity - For Goodness Sake, LLC - which provides underprivileged families recovering from homelessness, donations of furniture and other household goods.

Yoga will include 1.5 hours of all levels of vinyasa flow with a restorative mediation. Beginners are welcome! Participants encouraged to bring their own mat (we will have a few extras available).

 Yoga will be accompanied with live acoustic guitar music by Kayla Schine.  Prima Wellness will also be raffling off a gift basket filled with over $200 of self-care gift certificates and goodies!

Please arrive by 10:30 to check in. Rain date is the following Sunday August 7th same time. 

Tickets are $25 PP in advance (register below), $30 PP at the door.
