Family Farm Field Days 2016

Kick-Off Dinner 

Join us for a special dinner event to kick off Family Farm Field Day 2016 at Wholesome Valley Farm in Wilmot, Ohio.

Sit down with our Keynote Speaker, Joel Salatin, for a delicious plated dinner (appetizers, four family-style courses & dessert) served in the barn from 5:00-7:00pm.

Smoked Spatchcocked Chicken with Aioli, Braised Greens, & Cornbread

Braised Fennel Stuffed Porchetta with Newskin Red Potatoes and Green Beans

Fourth:
Roasted Leg of Lamb with Salsa Verde, Summer Succotash, and Cabbage

Dessert
 Ice Cream and Fruit Cobbler

This is a private event. Guests are welcome (and encouraged!) to stay after dinner for Joel's public evening address ("Modern Farming-- what have we done with the time we have saved?"), which will take place outside of the barn at 7:30pm. After the talk, there will be more evening activities including a saftey demonstration from the Winesburg Fire Department and a bonfire & marshmallow roast.

$30 per person, event is limited to 100 attendees.
