Appalachia Health Hack-A-Thon

We need both particpants and mentors at this event! Be sure to read the description for each before deciding which appcliation to complete.

Want to be a part of the solution? 

We are looking for motivated, action oriented individuals that are enthusiastic about the future and health of Kentucky. We will have subject matter experts on hand to help guide groups as they work through real world issues and problems and develop technological and broadband  infused solutions that will work for the region!

Eligible participants include: medical professionals, engineers, designers, business people, entrepreneurs, and students.Main Qualifications: Enthusiasm, Energy, and Hope!

Want to be a Mentor at the event? 

We are looking for mentors to be a part of the Hackathon. We need a mix of engineers, healthcare professionals, and business experts, among others. Mentors are a critical resource for the success of a Hackathon. A good mentor is engaging and helpful, avoids tearing down teams ideas in a destructive way, and instead directs conversations in a constructive way, building upon what has already been done by the group. If you believe that this describes you, please apply to be a mentor.
