2016 DDCA Fall Coaches Conference
We are looking forward to another great DDCA Coaches Fall Conference this year. We are very excited about our learning sessions, guest speakers and the membership meeting on Saturday evening. Please read ALL the information below so you don't miss important details.
LUNCH AND DINNER will be served on Saturday.
NEW THIS YEAR: The Fall Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday September 17th, at Ambridge Event Center in Portland. This meeting is very important for all members to attend. The agenda will be posted on ddcaoregon.org a week prior to the meeting. COACHES PROM! Following our catered dinner and membership meeting we will have a dance party. Feel free to get fancy!
Classes: We will offer a variety of classes on our new score sheet, lots of movement classes and special classes for your seniors and or leadership team to attend. Stay tuned as we finalize our details. The class schedule will be posted on the website at the end of August. All of these classes are geared towards high school teams, JV teams and middle school teams. There will be lots of great information for everyone.
We will have a Costume Closet at the conference again this year. Please put all contact information and details on the garments before you bring them to the closet. Please let us know if you will be bringing items when you register so we may have appropriate space.
We understand that not all members are able to attend the entire conference, if you plan to attend the Fall Membership Meeting only, please register for the "Meeting only" option so we know how much food to provide.
We encourage middle school, junior high and club team coaches to join us for this learning adventure.
If you plan to mail your payment, please have the check postmarked by September 5th to ensure proper and timely delivery. If you are unable to have your payment postmarked by September 5th, please bring your payment with you to conference. Participants who have not paid ahead of time, will be asked to submit payment at the door. Team registration must also be current and paid. Last year we had a few schools, say the "check was in the mail". This creates a difficult situation for the DDCA. We must collect payment in order to pay for the expenses associated with the conference, there will be NO REFUNDS after September 5th because of this reason. It is each participants responsibility to ensure that your school has submitted your payment in a timely fashion. If you are unable to attend we must be notified before 9/5/16 in order to qualify for a refund.

Your registration for the fall conference is your signal to the board that you plan to attend. We use the registration numbers to order meals and contract with class instructors. By registering you are committing to make your payment of $75 per person. If circumstances arise outside your control and you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration by contacting Jan Phaigh (ddcaoregon@gmail.com) before September 5th. After this date all participants registered will be expected to submit payment. Non-payment could affect your ability to compete in the fall season.
