Olive Grove Nonprofit Executive Power Up
Amplify the Power of Your
Strategy, Governance, and Fundraising

Join Olive Grove for a one-day workshop that will help you understand how to tailor your strategy, fundraising and governance goals to drive your organization towards greater success, impact and achieving a living, implementable plan.

Nonprofits often spend a great deal of time putting together strategic and fundraising plans only to result in a product that is neither robust nor aligned with the mission. Organizations also struggle with adopting the governance policies and practices to support strategic and fundraising goals. As a result, executives, staff, and board members have difficulty articulating how the goals support the mission, and how they will accomplish them.

Olive Grove specializes in partnering with organizations that face these issues. We design a tailored approach for your success and in this workshop we will demonstrate the key principles for moving forward with your organization’s strategy, governance, and development efforts.

Who should attend?
Join an exclusive group of nonprofit executives and board members in this one-of-a-kind, day-long workshop to learn how to leverage your governance, strategy and fundraising plans for advancing your organizations’ mission and ultimately achieving greater impact. You will walk away from this session with a deeper sense of how these critical organizational functions can work together to help your organization succeed.
