There is an increasing need for teamwork and unity in the workplace and this course will provide essential skills needed in the 21st century. You will learn how to develop your skills as a member of a high-performance work team tackling Environmental Quality, Water Treatment, SocietyConservation, Watersheds and Related Issues.

This course is most effective when there is a good mixture of office and field personnel. We also require that there be representatives from at least 3 different organizations. This ensures that all of the participants interact with a diverse group and receive the most benefit from the class.

Courses do not need to be taken in order.  Upon completion of the three course series, participants will receive a Customer Service Certificate from AWWA.
