Three nights with the one & only Ted Plemons & Cass Wines!

Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her UTC pop-up dinner location, Apollonia Bistro, for the second evening of a three-night Pop-Up Dinner series with Ted Plemons and Cass Wines! Each evening will feature a different menu and be held at a different location. Chef Erin creates pairing menus based on each wine being poured, creating a unique dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and inspired creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. Ted Plemons co-owner and winemaker for Cass Winery will be presenting these exceptional wines, while no doubt entertaining guests with his colorful history and anecdotal wine stories!
