The Challenge: Exercise our way to Rio De Janeiro by Aug 5th! 

  • Register and log your workouts with our hashtag #121RoadtoRio! (e-mail is also an option) to earn miles.  
  • When we complete the 5084 miles to Rio, 121 Fitness will host a pizza party for all registered participants! We will also provide prizes for best weekly attendance, highest total miles, first participant to reach 150 miles, and more!  
  • All participants who reach 50 miles get 15% off a smoothie from the RZ!

Step #2 Get Active!
Every bit counts! There are plenty of options to join and contribute miles to the goal.

How do my workouts translate into miles to Rio?

  • 30 minutes cardio, strength, or stress management exercise = 5 miles
  • 60 minutes of cardio, strength, or stress management exercise = 10 miles
  • Each time you check in at 121 Fitness*3 miles
  • Each time you check in at 121 Fitness via social media = 3 miles
  • Each time you attend a 121 Fitness FREE fitness activity club (membership not required, includes walking, running, cycle, yoga) = 3 miles
  • Plus other special challenges along the way!

*Fill out a raffle ticket at the front desk each time you check in. Only 121 Fitness members and those with guest passes have access to the 121 Fitness Center. Please click here for guest and temporary membership options. We offer Free Fitness Fridays for CWRU Employees all summer!
