2016 Caregiver Connection

 The Caregiving Years & Community Programs and Services for Older Adults and Caregivers and Who Cares! Stress Management for Caregivers

Join us for the 2016 Caregiver Connection for caregiver tips, advice, gifts and more! This event is open to the public.  It is free for Caregivers and $25 for professionals seeking CEU credits.  Professional CEU credits (3.5) will be offered for LSWs, LISWs, SWAs, BELTSS and RNs (reciprocity).

Agenda:

  • 8:15-8:45am -  Registration
  • 8:45-11:45am - The Caregiving Years & Community Programs and Services for Older Adults and Caregivers
  • 12:15-1:15pm - Lunch
  • 1:15-3:15pm - Who Cares! Stress Management for Caregivers

Lunch will be provided and all attendees will receive a copy of Denise Brown's book, The Caregiving Years: Six Stages to a Meaningful Journey. Registration begins at 8:15am and the program begins at 8:45am.
