GACSB 19th Annual Educational Exchange Vendor Registration

Dear Friend:

You are cordially invited to the 19th Annual Educational Exchange of the Georgia Association of Community Service Boards, Inc (GACSB) scheduled for October 23-25, 2016 at Chateau Elan in Braselton, Georgia. The Educational Exchange brings a common perspective to professionals and advocates providing Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Addictive Diseases services in Georgia. 

Our goal is to provide speakers who will open new vistas of thought and planning for executives and top staff at each of the Georgia Community Service Boards (CSBs). Applications have been submitted for CEU credits with GPA, NASW, LPCA, GACA, and GAMFT. CMEs have also been requested for physician level participants. 

Please consider how your organization can help equip our members to be even more efficient and successful in an increasingly competitive market.

The format for this year’s conference is specially designed to create more exposure for your organization and increased interaction with decision makers.

Files should be submitted in PDF format. The program book is 8 ˝" x 11". Vertically bound on the left hand side. Should you not wish to lose text or image portions please have your design team be mindful of this border.

Additional Vendor Details

  • As a registrant, you are welcome to join any sessions, meals, breaks, and sign-up for CEUs/CMEs.
  • Exhibit hours match those of our agenda, please see above link
  • A single table with two chairs will be provided for each vendor (6' X 24"). Signs will be placed on the tables for your ease of identification and convenience. 
  • Table cloth and skirt colors: will be at the venue's discretion but they have indicated burgundy, white, or black will be utilized.
  • Vendors in the Atrium will be on marble flooring while those in the Ballroom corridor will be on a carpeted area.

  • The venue has asked that all vendors utilize the loading dock through the Debussy Ballroom entrance, which will provide you the closest access to the exhibit hall. They will ensure there are plenty of carts available for your use. Should you need assistance unloading, please pull into the Front Door area where the Bellmen are always ready to assist. It is their recommendation that you bring your equipment on-site vs. shipping as there are additional holding fees. Kindly see above "Shipping & Receiving" link.
  • Electrical – power outlets will be available to you, but you are encouraged to bring your own extension and surge protectors as the venue will charge your company for rental.

  • Booth/table selections are based on participation level as well as time of electronic registration completion date. PLEASE EXPECT AN EMAIL FROM LYLY TRINH WITH YOUR INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENTS LATE SEPTEMBER.

  • Please note the Sunday President’s Vendor Appreciation Reception will have a CASH BAR.
  • Among the ~300 participating are: CSB CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Board Members, Medical Directors, clinical and other management level staff, as well as other stakeholders.

  • Dress is business casual. For those individuals who are cold-natured, it is advised to bring a light sweater.
  • Throughout the Exchange, drawings are made for attendees to receive door prizes. We welcome your company to bring any promotional prizes you wish to donate to the raffle. Simply drop off your donations at the registration/information desk.
  • Vendor booth/table break-down will be by 2:00PM on Tuesday.
  • A current attendee listing will be distributed via e-mail to registered vendors at one month and one week prior to the event. The final listing will be distributed following event's conclusion.
