2016 Fall Professional Development Conference & Trade Show Registration 

General Show Information

MOVE-IN: Monday, October 17 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

VENDOR ORIENTATION: Monday, October 17 at 3:45 p.m. (Refreshments will be provided)

SHOW TIMES: Monday, October 17 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. AND Tuesday, October 18 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.  These are DEDICATED show times. We do NOT schedule classroom time during our show times. 

Vendors are welcome to invite their local clients from other agencies to attend the trade show between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday!! 

MOVE-OUT: Tuesday, October 18 starts at 12:00 p.m.

COSTS: Standard 10x10 booth $505 Regular Price - MSA Members receive 15% Discount!  Please use discount code MEMBER2016. Membership renewal may be purchased along with your booth. 

 Additional booths (Membership discount may also be used on these):

• 10x20 booth $855 Regular Price. MINIMUM SIZE FOR VEHICLE DISPLAY!        
• 10x30 booth $1,235 Regular Price       
• 10x40 or 20x20 booth $1,685 Regular Price  

BOOTH EQUIPMENT: All booths will be 10' deep by 10' wide with 8' high back drape and 3' high side dividers. Booths include one 2' by 8' covered and skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a Booth ID sign. The exhibit hall is not carpeted.  Carpet may be rented through Art Craft Display.  Further information, including carpet rental and shipping instructions, will be emailed to you once your payment is received.

VEHICLE DISPLAY: Vehicles can be displayed in booth space inside the exhibit hall. Exhibitors are required to reserve enough exhibit space to include their vehicle.  Please click here to download the Vehicle Display Requirements Form.   All vehicles must meet these requirements/No Exceptions.

*MSA reserves the right to shift Trade Show start and/or end time and orientation time up to one hour either way. Email notifications will be given if times shift.  Dates will not change.

Lodging

This fall we will be staying at the beautiful Radisson Hotel! Click here to make your room reservation. The Code MISA16 should be entered for the discounted rate. The sooner you get your request in, the better opportunity you have to secure a room. The room block expires 9/23/2016.

Photography

The Michigan Sheriffs' Association has engaged the services of a photographer for our conferences. By registering as a vendor for the 2016 Fall Professional Development Conference & Trade Show, you agree that any photographs taken of you may be used in our Newsletters, on Facebook, and on the Michigan Sheriffs' Association website.
